Accepted Answer

Focus : Tasks that are importat and urgent ! Do it now !
 
Later : Tasks that are important but not urgent. You have other taks to focus on, save them for another time.
 
Delegate : Tasks that are urgent but not that important. Tasks to assign to someone.
 
Archive : Tasks that are neither important nor urgent. Low priority.
